Food For Work

Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics has taken up the project entitled "Monitoring and Evaluation of Food For Works Programme" in April, 1988. The objective of the project is to monitor the distribution system of the food aids under the food programmes and to measure the socio-economic and demographic impact of these food programme over the beneficiaries. In order to achieve the objectives of the project steps have been taken to conduct three nationwide surveys namely Survey on Test Relief, Survey on Vulnerable Group Development including Institutional Feeding and survey on Food For Works.
